Our newly-completed barn conversion is nestled in the Lincolnshire Wolds, one of the UK's Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We've combined comfort and style with original features, such as exposed brickwork. This welcoming hideaway is the perfect base for walking or cycling in the surrounding countryside, and offers a relaxing retreat at the end of a hard day’s exploring

The space
This is a cosy yet modern cottage ideal for couples (and their pooch). There is an open plan kitchen/ living room, a double room with ensuite bathroom
Other things to note
There is another cottage next door so there may be other guests sharing the parking area

The drive way to the property is an unmade road and can get a bit muddy in wet weather. Our little Peugeot 206 can get down it with out any problems but it would not be suitable for low slung sports cars
